A peaceful LAKESIDE escape for quiet moments beyond the game
About TUCK'S CABIN
Not every golfer is a fisherman, and not every fisherman is a golfer, but both are often drawn to the same appreciation for time outdoors, quiet reflection, and natural beauty. At Kawonu, our five lakes are integral to the course design, but the ten-acre lake at the heart of the front nine will also serve as the setting for something uniquely special: Tuck’s Cabin.
Located near the clubhouse and short-game area, Tuck’s Cabin will offer members and guests a relaxing retreat beyond the game. Designed to reflect Kawonu’s "refined but relaxed" culture, the cabin will feature a fireplace, comfortable furnishings, an honor bar, and fishing gear. Whether for a quiet morning cast or an evening visit after a round, Tuck’s Cabin is intended to become a natural extension of the Kawonu experience, particularly for those staying on property.
We are proud to name this space in honor of the Tuck family. Barton Tuck, a lifelong outdoorsman, played an instrumental role in helping establish the foundation of Kawonu through key early decisions that shaped the club’s vision. Noel Tuck has also been deeply involved in bringing Kawonu to life, contributing immense passion and dedication throughout its development. Tuck’s Cabin serves as a lasting tribute to their meaningful impact on the club.
