Purposefully crafted as Kawonu’s central hub for golf and hospitality

The Clubhouse complex

While Kawonu’s Andrew Green-designed golf course remains the heart of the club, the clubhouse complex has been thoughtfully envisioned to complement and elevate the full member and guest experience. Designed by Joel Newman, these facilities will serve as both a functional extension of the golf experience and a welcoming social destination for members and guests.

As a golf-only club, arrival at Kawonu will begin at the Golf House, positioned behind the practice teeing area. This building will serve as a central hub for golf activity, housing the golf shop, indoor hitting and teaching bays, a halfway house, golf fitness space, golf cart storage, and an outdoor patio with a fireplace. Designed with both purpose and comfort in mind, the Golf House will create a natural gathering place before and after a round.

Connected to the Golf House by a breezeway concept, our main Clubhouse will overlook the 18th green and the expansive vista beyond, creating a dramatic architectural backdrop to the closing hole. The clubhouse will feature locker rooms, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a private dining room, and seven individual overnight rooms on the lower level to accommodate members and guests staying on property.

Together, the Golf House and Clubhouse have been carefully designed to reflect Kawonu’s refined but relaxed culture—pairing thoughtful architecture, purposeful amenities, and exceptional gathering spaces that will complete one of the most distinctive new golf clubs of its generation.
